Goodman has announced the appointment of Błażej Ciesielczak as Regional Director Central & Eastern Europe. He will continue to be responsible for Poland and will now also cover the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Announcing the appointment of Błażej Ciesielczak as Regional Director Central & Eastern Europe, Philippe Van der Beken, Managing Director Continental Europe, said: “Goodman is growing at a rapid pace in Poland. Over the next two months, we will have over 240,000 sqm under construction in Poland and we are keen to build on our successes here, with customers elsewhere in Central & Eastern Europe. We are convinced that Błażej is the right person to realise our growth ambitions in this part of Europe.”
Goodman owns and manages over 375,000 sqm of facilities in various locations in Poland. It also holds strategic land sites in all of Poland’s key logistics centres, where it can provide customers with approximately 1.3 million sqm of additional warehouse space.
Goodman has a significant pipeline of active enquiry and a land bank that enables it to accommodate the individual requirements of all potential customers.

Błażej Ciesielczak has over 12 years of extensive experience in the property sector. He has been with Goodman for six years joining the Group as Country Manager for Poland.
