Goodman Hungary owns, develops and manages high-quality logistics facilities such as warehouses and distribution centres. Goodman Hungary owns and manages four properties near Budapest and in Kecskemét totalling over 100,000 m². Goodman also owns major sites close to Budapest with potential development space in excess of 130,000 m².
It is part of Goodman Group, an international integrated property group that owns, develops and manages logistics and business space across continental Europe, the United Kingdom and the Asia-Pacific region. Goodman has offices in China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Australia where it is the largest listed industrial property group on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
The Hungarian team is located at our office in Budapest.
In addition to Hungary, Goodman has European offices in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. Goodman owns & manages 92 properties in continental Europe and 54 in the United Kingdom representing an asset value of €3.8 billion.
